The keynote speakers for the General Membership Annual meeting were Nicholas Gonzales, Director of Parks and Recreation, and Eric Chiel, the first TPNO Board Chairperson. The meeting was held on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at the Ocotillo Lodge Clubhouse. Light refreshments were provided before the meeting. Elections were conducted to approve Board members for two-year terms. The agenda included reports on recent accomplishments, current activities, and upcoming activities.

Bella da Ball hosted the bingo games at the General Membership Social Meeting held at the Ocotillo Lodge Clubhouse on January 24, 2026. After brief organizational updates, 10 rounds of bingo were played, with unique prizes awarded to the winners of each round. Beverages and snacks added to the festive atmosphere. Everyone had a fun time, filled with laughter and surprises.

The meeting was held at the Ocotillo Lodge Clubhouse on Saturday, November 8, 2025. A continental breakfast was provided before the meeting. The Twin Palms Neighborhood Organization’s annual general membership social meeting was held on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at the Ocotillo Lodge Clubhouse. The authors of a newly published book “Palm Springs Tiki” were the featured speakers. The Polynesian theme was reflected in the decorations and the refreshments.

The Fall General Membership meeting of the Twin Palms Neighborhood Organization was held on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at the Ocotillo Lodge Clubhouse. The two featured speakers were JR Roberts and Eric Chiel. The balance of the agenda included reports on Accomplishments since April and updates on Ongoing and Planned Activities.

Over 50 Twin Palms residents and invited guests celebrated the dedication of the Little Free Library on May 14, 2024. Residents now have a place to drop off a book to share and/or pick up a book to read. This Neighborhood Initiative was funded with TPNO’s 2024 Modernism Week Home Tour proceeds.

The 10th Annual General Membership meeting of the Twin Palms Neighborhood Organization was held on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at the Ocotillo Lodge Clubhouse. The two featured speakers were Teresa Gallavan, Assistant City Manager, and Eric Chiel, resident neighborhood historian. The agenda included election of Advisory Board members.

On February 5, 2024, the Ocotillo Lodge HOA hosted a Dedication Ceremony for the unveiling of the two new entry portico signs restoring the original William Krisel design. The program included remarks from representatives of the Ocotillo Lodge HOA, residents of Twin Palms, and the City of Palm Springs.

The Twin Palms General Membership Social Meeting was held at the Palm Springs Cultural Center at 3:00 pm on January 20, 2024. Over 60 residents viewed the showing of the new version of the feature film William Krisel, Architect, by Jake Gorst.

The Twin Palms Neighborhood Organization held a General Membership Meeting on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at 10:15 am at the Indian Canyons Golf Resort North Club Course. Palm Springs Mayor Grace Garner was the featured guest speaker.

The fourth Twin Palms Neighborhood Organization (TPNO) General Membership Social meeting was held at the Twin Palms Condominiums’ East pool/cabana area at 1:00 pm on Saturday, April 30, 2022. The theme was an old-fashion ice cream social with all the topping and homemade cookies.

The Twin Palms Neighborhood Organization held its Eight Annual General Membership meeting on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at 10:15 am at the clubhouse of the historic Ocotillo Lodge.

The first formal Twin Palms Neighborhood Organization Orientation Session for Twin Palms residents was held on December, 4, 2021.

The Twin Palms Neighborhood Organization held its Seventh Annual General Membership meeting on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 10:15 am at the historic Ocotillo Lodge Clubhouse.

After over a year of postponements due to COVID, the formal dedication of the Twin Palms Neighborhood Entry sign was held on September 18, 2021 at 9:00 am.

Between April 9th and 15th, almost 100 participants took part in one of the six sold out walking tours.

The third Twin Palms Neighborhood Organization General Membership meeting was held at the recently reopened state-of-the-art Palm Springs Fire Department Station # 4.

The TPNO Advisory Board set a goal of raising at least $1,000 in voluntary membership dues in 2019. Voluntary dues are $25 per household.

The Twin Palms Neighborhood Organization held its Sixth Annual Membership Meeting on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at 10:15 am at the historic Ocotillo Lodge Clubhouse.

The second annual General Membership Social event was attended by close to 60 members who enjoyed good company, food and drink at the Indian Canyons Golf Resort North Clubhouse.

After over 2 years of planning, the Groundbreaking for the remodel and expansion of Fire Station Number 4 was held on Monday, May 21, 2018 at 9:00 am.

Thanks to Lisa Middleton, the City Manager and City Staff for quickly addressing the parking of tour buses along Twin Palms Drive during the 3 weekends of the April 2018 music festivals.

The Twin Palms Neighborhood Organization held its Fifth Annual Membership Meeting on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 9:45 am at the Indian Canyon Country Club.

For the fourth year in a row, TPNO hosted a booth at the annual ONE-PS picnic held on Saturday, March, 24, 2018.

On Sunday January 28, 2018 a large turnout of residents enjoyed Twin Palm’s first purely social membership meeting held at the iconic Indian Canyon Country Clubhouse North.
